▶ What hookups are included at each site?
All 28 RV sites include full hookups: 30/50 amp electrical service, fresh water, and sewer connections. Our welcome center features a bathhouse, washer & dryer, and snack & toiletries vending machines. Basic Wi-Fi is available throughout the park, with premium high-speed Wi-Fi available for purchase.
▶ What is the check-in process?
Check-in is completely automated! You'll receive an access code via email 24 hours before arrival. Simply enter the code at the gate and proceed to your assigned site. Our system sends detailed instructions with your confirmation.
▶ Are pets allowed?
Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets. There is a $50 pet fee per stay. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and cleaned up after immediately.
▶ How do I report maintenance issues?
Use our Guest Portal to submit maintenance requests anytime. A contractor will be assigned within 2 hours. For emergencies, call (318) 417-7050.
▶ What is the damage deposit policy?
A damage deposit of $100 is required at booking and automatically refunded 7 days after checkout if no damage is reported. If damage occurs, we'll document it and deduct repair costs from the deposit.
▶ Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?
Yes! We offer 10% discount for all long-term stays (14+ days). Special rates are available for military, emergency services, and Meta employees. Contact us for details.
